Some Useful Consideration Points!
Some points you may need to take into consideration though, before you enquire about our hire packages:
- Insurance – You will need to have some form of ‘Hired in Plant’ insurance to cover our hire machines and compressors.
- Risks – Hiring dry ice blasting machines carries certain risks for the operator and people in the immediate vicinity of the blast gun. These need to be considered before hiring and there is more information by clicking here on the HSE website.
- Moving and Storing Dry Ice – Depending on the amount of dry ice needed, you may need a forlift truck to move the boxes of dry ice around.
- Compressed Air- certain projects require A LOT of CFM to run dry ice blast machines. Small ‘electrical’ compressors wont suffice. Ask us and we can help.
